Nicholas Plastics LLC continues to demonstrate innovativeness the science of sealing technology. With the latest introduction of Sealastic™ TPE compounds NPI continues to enforce our position as the World Leader in Thermoplastic Seals. Utilizing over ten years of experience in sealing automobiles with TPE’s has allowed NPI to develop new compounds that will improve performance at a reduced cost.

These styrenic blocked compounds are currently used in both international and domestic applications.  Benefits include improving the already superior performance of TPE’s at both hot and cold temperature extremes while providing the best weathering and appearance characteristics combined with lighter part weight and lower cost.

Nicholas Plastics currently has the ability to manufacture both interior and exterior grade products including glass run channels, beltline seals, cowl seals, bulb seals, and closeouts using Sealastic™ compounds.

Product features include the ability to co-extrude and injection mold in multi-durometers and to various substrates including ABS, PVC, TPO and PP.NPI also utilizes foam technology, metal carrier encapsulation designs, color matching, inline and taped flocking, slipcoating, injection molded corner pieces and foam tape applications.
