Our Quality Planning Department reviews each quotation before it is submitted, and reviews each job before design and engineering begin to assure that quality is designed in up front. A process FMEA, flow diagram, and control plan is prepared prior to the first production run. Gage R & R and capability studies are done after the initial production run.

Vigilant quality assurance standards, combined with state-of-the-art equipment, and highly-trained technicians are in place so our customers can count on consistent products and technical support. These same stringent standards are required from our suppliers.

Vertical and horizontal integration with material and colorant sources, supported by our certified laboratory, allows for maximum control over our product which stands up to the toughest demands.
