Manufacturing Capabilities:

Our in house tooling capability enables Nicholas Plastics to design and produce many of the dies and molds we use in production.

From completed design, data is downloaded to CAM for tooling production. Wire EDM is used to produce many of our tools and dies.

By combining our in house tooling with approved out of house shops, we can respond quickly to our customers' prototyping and production needs.

Quality is designed in from the beginning of the planning process. Product design and production approach are developed and tested using our CAD lab and our production development lab. Potential problems are discovered and corrected before production begins.

Our post molding capabilities include embossing / graining, trimming, taping, priming, inserts, precision punching, laminations of films, secondary finishing, assemblies, flocking, post forming, sequencing and JIT delivery to help you reduce labor, handling, and inventory.
